SignOut is a patient tracking database that is designed to provide an up-to-date list of patients. It includes patient demographics, admission history and diagnosis and an issues list. It allows the on-call or covering health care team member to add daily events, todo items and procedures performed.
The patient list is easily shared with others using infrared or Bluetooth capabilities.

SignOut also comes with a desktop Microsoft Access database version for synchronizing and updating patient information. Using the desktop version allows for easy printing of the signover list and network access.
