* Track patients in any clinical setting, sort patients alphabetically or by location, filter by location or activity status, and automatically purge inactive patients. A check box in the patient list lets you know who has been seen on rounds.
* Record patient demographic data and other clinical information, including patient diagnoses and medications. A notepad for freehand notes is included.
* Create patient notes, including daily progress notes and on-call notes. A powerful note form generator is included.
* Export notes to the Palm Memo Pad.
* Maintain customizable diagnosis and medication lists, including a note field for each record. This is useful for recording clinical pearls which can later be accessed at the point of care.
