This is a medical reference for dentists and dental auxillaries. If you have a patient with a pre-existing medical condition, the application provides the pertinent information, cautions, warnings, additional tests, required prophylactic antibiotics, and/or risk assessment. For example, this application takes the guesswork out of deciding whether a patient with Congestive heart failure can be safely treated in the dental office.

Precautions for the Medically Compromised Patient are often misunderstood. A mistake could result in a significant medical emergency. With this reference, the Dental Professional will always have the information at hand and available in real time.

v2.2 has added details on warnings related to autoimmune disorders.

v2.3 can now be used with SD cards. Load the application in the SD card and the Appforge Booster in the main memory. This is a 7 day free trial.

This download comes with a necessary added runtime file named "booster". If you already have version 2 of "booster" installed on your device, you do NOT need to install the included copy. If you have version 1 of "booster", you need to upgrade to version 2. You may also obtain booster directly from AppForge at:

This application will work on most PALM OS 5 handhelds with the OS 5 version of "Booster". You will have to check with the AppForge site to see if your handheld is compatible.

When you open the application for the first time, you will open to the 'Unlock' screen. Just tap the 'Close' button and the application will open and be fully functional for 7 days.

You will need the 'Unlock' code to operate the applicaton past the 7 day trial. Once you pay for the application, send us an email with the PALM userID and we will send you the unlock code via email.
