Mannheim Peritonitis Index is a peritonitis severity score which is calculated at the first laparotomy.

MedNotes™ are a carefully selected comprehensive collection or "suite" of medical software decision tools ranging from clinical calculators (i.e. risk factor scoring) up to the most advanced medical decision support tools (i.e. acute abdominal pain diagnosis). They are designed to be easyand quick to use. They all have the same interface, so the user does not need to relearn each time they use a different MedNote. They are based upon the best available evidence from peer-reviewed journals.
